All universities established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act,
or a State/Union Territory Act, and all institutions recognized by or affiliated to such Universities and all institutions deemed to be
universities under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. Approval is the process of Best quality assurance, in terms of met the Norms and Standards.
In Indian educational system the ultimate Authorities are AICTE and UGC. AICTE – All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) began the year 1945, this statutory body, established for proper planning & co-ordinate development of technical education system throughout India.

For the purpose of maintaining the quality standard without approval of AICTE/UGC, the university degree are doesn’t have any validity,
while searching for a job.
